We ship across India within 3–5 business days. Metro cities often receive orders within 2–3 days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
All NewClickBeauty products are non-returnable (final sale). We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us with your order ID. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will review and refund where validated. Yes. NewClickBeauty is committed to cruelty-free formulations. We do not test on animals, and our products are free from animal-derived ingredients where possible. Check individual product pages for full ingredient lists.
We accept payments via PhonePe Payment Gateway — UPI, cards, and net banking in INR. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log in and view order status in your account, or contact us with your order ID.
There is no minimum order value. Delivery charges may apply for orders below a certain amount—check the cart at checkout for details.
