1. Who we are

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NewClickBeauty website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in India (or your jurisdiction of residence where we ship). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly via Contact if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Products, pricing, and taxes

Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown in good faith. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes (such as GST) are included or shown at checkout as indicated on the order summary. We may correct pricing or description errors before accepting payment; if an error affected a completed charge, we will work with you per our Refund & cancellation policy.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the items in your cart subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example, for fraud prevention, stock issues, or legal compliance).

Payments are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway (standard checkout). By completing checkout, you authorise us and our payment partners to charge the total amount shown for your order. Your use of payment services is also subject to PhonePe's applicable terms and policies. PhonePe's merchant terms for businesses are available at PhonePe — merchant terms (B2B).

6. Returns and refunds

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service (including scraping, interfering with security, placing fraudulent orders, or violating applicable law). We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or our partners.

8. Intellectual property

Content on the Service (including branding, text, graphics, and layout) is owned by NewClickBeauty or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent except as allowed by law or for personal, non-commercial reference (e.g. saving a product page for your purchase).

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable).

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at a competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive subject-matter jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
