1. Where we ship

We currently ship within India to addresses you provide at checkout. If a pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you and cancel or amend the order as agreed with you.

2. Processing and delivery timelines

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates depend on your location and carrier service levels; we will share tracking information when available.

Timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing for your specific order.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay. Taxes such as GST are handled as shown on your order summary.

4. Risk of loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided, except where applicable mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

5. Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may charge reasonable re-shipping fees or cancel the order per our Refund & cancellation policy.
